- Geographic Restrictions: Affiliates must operate in countries where Zhongfei offers services. Please check our website for specific regions.
- Accurate Information: Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Any false information may result in immediate disqualification.
- Approval Process: All applications are subject to review and approval by Zhongfei. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
- Approved Marketing Channels: Affiliates may promote Zhongfei products through blogs, websites, social media, email marketing, and other approved channels.
- No Misleading Claims: Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about Zhongfei or its products.
- Brand Integrity: Affiliates must uphold the Zhongfei brand by ensuring that promotional content aligns with our values and messaging.
- Unique Tracking Links: Affiliates will receive unique tracking links to monitor referrals. Use only the provided links to ensure proper tracking of sales.
- Link Usage: Affiliates may not manipulate or alter tracking links in any way.
- Spamming: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spammy practices, including unsolicited emails or messages that promote Zhongfei products.
- Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not engage in cookie stuffing or other deceptive practices to generate commissions.
- Bidding on Brand Terms: Affiliates may not bid on Zhongfei’s brand name or any variations of it in paid advertising campaigns.
- Commission Rates: Commissions are based on the structure outlined in the affiliate dashboard. Rates may vary based on product categories.
- Payment Threshold: Commissions will be paid out once the affiliate reaches the designated payment threshold.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, following the end of each month.
- Voluntary Termination: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying Zhongfei.
- Involuntary Termination: Zhongfei reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violations of these rules, fraudulent activity, or any behavior deemed harmful to the brand.
- Sensitive Information: Affiliates must not disclose any confidential information related to Zhongfei, including commission rates, promotional strategies, or proprietary materials.
- Rule Changes: Zhongfei reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- Conflict Resolution: In the event of any disputes, affiliates agree to resolve conflicts amicably through direct communication with the Zhongfei affiliate management team.
